Forno de Pizza, a small, Western Michigan-based company, handcrafts and custom makes every single one of their portable wood-fired outdoor pizza ovens. The rustic looking structure, weighing in at just 350 pounds, is a nostalgic take on a centuries-old looking oven, but with the functionality of a modern one. It heats up to cooking temperature in 30 minutes and has a duel fuel system that uses propane, wood or both. Choose to have it delivered as a portable unit or built into a closed cedar-wood cabinet. Either way, the company will customize its color or add a stone, stucco or tile finish. The oven even comes with aluminum and wooden pizza peels, brushes and serving plates to get you started. Ovens from around $3,500. fornodepizza.com
