November is a bonanza month for design films buffs! Here's the trailer for Eames: The Architect and The Painter about the husband-and-wife team of Ray and Charles Eames, opening around the country, starting next week. (Random fact: The film is narrated by James Franco.)
And in addition to this month's release of the urban planning documentary Urbanized, there will also be a showing of the film Women in the Dirt, about seven award-winning women who have made their mark in landscape design, showing next Thursday, November 17, at the Horticultural Society of New York.
