I grabbed an old enamel blue bowl for this arrangement, though a low silver bowl would also be pretty.
Prepare and soak Oasis according to the package directions, cut the hydrangea stems with a sharp knife at an angle, and fill the bowl with the flowers, starting from the bottom, and working up to the top.
