TO SUGGEST A GARDEN OR SUBMIT A STORY IDEA

To submit a story idea to Garden Design, please first familiarize yourself with the magazine, including the style of writing, departments and typical feature articles, and pitch stories accordingly.

To suggest a garden as a potential subject for the magazine, please include photos, a brief history of the location and the owner(s), and important details such as design and layout of the garden and types of plants featured.

Please do not e-mail or telephone your proposals. Send a query letter briefly outlining the idea, along with photos and other important information. Writers, please include recent samples of your published work.

If you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, Garden Design will return materials; however, the publisher assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged photos, illustrations, or manuscripts.

Please send submissions to Assistant Editor, Garden Design, 460 N. Orlando Ave., Suite 200, Winter Park, FL 32789.
