Fabulous offerings.The Mendocino Coast is definitely worth a visit. 3 hours from San Francisco, through the Anderson Valley where the winery choices are many. On through the Redwoods which meets the ocean at the mouth of the Navarro River and highway one moves along the coast traveling north to the Albion Ridge Road. Hang a left on Middle Ridge and 1/4 mile on the left is Digging Dog.Returning to highway one, travel north past the village of Mendocino 7 miles where the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, 47 acres to the sea will fulfill a true plantaholics dream.
