Proven Winners (provenwinners.com) is a great source for black plants, as is Landcraft Environment (landcraftenvironment.com). I'm not sure if Proven Winners has black roses specifically, but I did find Weigela florida, a beautiful black shrub, Aeonium hybrid, a black flowering annual that likes part to full sun, and Graptoveria hybrid, an Echiveria annual that thrives in full sun. At Landcraft I found the Atlas black pansy, and the Black Velvet and Phantom Petunias, all of which have dark black flowers.

Please note that black roses are not true black in color. Black roses do not truly exist. The only black roses there are out there are those that have a very deep red or purple color or the ones that are dyed with black paint.
