This year's Annual International Landscape Design Awards are being presented at the 2011 APLD International Design Conference, which is being held from June 13 to 17, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Winners are chosen from seven different categories—residential, non-residential, small garden, show garden, planting design, cost-efficient project, and specialty project—and are judged on creativity, project impact, technical merit, and planting design.
The title of "Landscape Designer of the Year" went to the designer behind the top entry, Suzanne Arca, who created the DiPrisco Meadow Garden.
